I have worked retail and I empathize But the personal Shoppers are oblivious of Customers. I'm not even trying to ask them for help but it would be nice if they would be respectful of indoor Shoppers

I love the produce here and it’s within walking distance. Barry is such a kind soul he helped me scan an item I was having difficulty with. they also have a lot of vegan options within reasonable price. I noticed a increase in price but aside from that it’s a great place to shop.the people at the door always greet you with a kind smile.

Great General merchandise employees and Customer Service Desk employees are pleasant and knowledgeable about the location of the products and even help me read the back label due to semi poor eyesight to make sure I am not getting something that may have ingredients I am allergic to. I am a diabetic who is insulin dependent and they help make sure that I'm not going to get something that would drop me low or spike my sugar extremely high. The pharmacy Techs and Pharmacist are pretty cool and helpful.

We stop in Giant when we're in the neighborhood visiting our family. After getting the few items we needed, we went to checkout where the associate Scott had been standing away from the customers as they checked out. Once my wife, son, and myself (African American) went to checkout, he moved closer. I'm bagging our groceries as my wife is swiping. She says to me that she feels uncomfortable because he is hovering close to us while there's other white customers ringing out. So I just said to her I'm going to speak on it once we finish. She missed swiping a product and set it on the machine. Before I can pick up the product to swipe it again the associate says that wasn't swiped. So, at this point, I'm highly pissed. I'm already pissed that you're hovering over the only black ppl checking out while there are 3 other white families checking. At this point, I'm being racially stereotyped. How many times have ppl swiped a product and had to swipe it again, or maybe even a third or a fourth time. THAT IS EMBARRASSING!!!! To be black in America is a struggle. We have racist white ppl like Scott who need to not work with the public or need some classes on race, diversity, and inclusion. I spoke with the store manager, who said he would have a talk with him. What's a talk when it will continue. And he possibly does it to the wrong person who won't take it lightly.

It is one of the stores that I visit the most but today I had a very bad experience I went to buy many bouquets ? of flowers approximately $100 and I dropped them all and the one who was there to help only acted crazy not to help her name It's CoCo if I'm not mistaken, brunette woman ??
