For my family, these people are literally life-savers. My wife and I have been staying here with our newborn son for 3 days. During our stay, the service here has been nothing short of exemplary. Every single staff member has been extremely positive, caring, and professional. The accommodations, such as the rooms and the food are great! The outer campus itself looks clean and modern. The experience my wife and I had at the birthing center was top notch. We are so thankful for how patient and kind everyone was. Special thanks to midwife Ayesha and nurse Leah who helped my wife through the birthing process.
Yesterday I went in for a hysterectomy. The staff with exception of one person were so friendly and personable, just top tier customer service, which helped alleviate any anxiety I could’ve had about the procedure. One person that specifically stood out to me was post ops nurse named Vanessa. She had such a huge impact on the beginning of my recovery. Attached in the Instagram post I made thanking her, hope she is able to see these comments one day.
