Perfect solution for packing breakfasts and lunches for work. Macros on point with great variety from week to week. My teenage son also loves to swipe meals after sports practice. His favorites are the power crunch wraps, empanadas and enchiladas. The pizzas and flatbreads are quick and easy in a toaster oven.

I’ve tried probably every meal delivery service- some local, probably all of the name brands. At best they were okay for a short amount of time. My husband and I are super busy- heavy careers, young kids, but also regular CrossFit goers. We have no time to cook and need delicious (but not bland - like most companies catering to high protein) meals. At best we could tolerate a service a few weeks. We stumbled upon Nutri muscle meals. I think we’ve been regular users for a year or so. In the end it saves us money and we stay in line with our nutritional goals- we would always waste on groceries and eat out. The DoorDash got ridiculous. At one point I texted Tony that I missed one of their meals and he custom made a batch just for us! Really - you should bring back that protein chicken buffalo Mac and cheese or the eggplant 🤤About half the meals rotate every two weeks which is great. It really tastes homemade or from a family restaurant- not some batch cooking.
We’ve never met but from just texting about delivery status and such- he remembers details like CrossFit and kids and pets. It’s really nice - I feel like I’m supporting a person and not a corporation and I’m not getting a generic , bland meal.

We have been ordering Nutri Muscle meals for about 3 years now. The food and service has been top notch each and every time. The food is delicious and so healthy. I especially love that local ingredients are used whenever possible and there are several low carb / gluten free options. Tony goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. We will continue to be regulars!

After reading numerous positive reviews and speaking with some of the staff, we were convinced to place an order. Last Sunday, we ordered for the entire family. Although the delivery was slightly delayed, likely due again to a large volume of orders, it wasn’t a significant inconvenience. Upon arrival, the food certainly lived up to our expectations. It was evident that the meals were as advertised: healthy, individually packaged, and delivered in store bags. Often, places claim their food is healthy but it falls short in taste and appearance.
