Perfect solution for packing breakfasts and lunches for work. Macros on point with great variety from week to week. My teenage son also loves to swipe meals after sports practice. His favorites are the power crunch wraps, empanadas and enchiladas. The pizzas and flatbreads are quick and easy in a toaster oven.
I’ve tried probably every meal delivery service- some local, probably all of the name brands. At best they were okay for a short amount of time. My husband and I are super busy- heavy careers, young kids, but also regular CrossFit goers. We have no time to cook and need delicious (but not bland - like most companies catering to high protein) meals. At best we could tolerate a service a few weeks. We stumbled upon Nutri muscle meals.
