This pizza hut is using mozzarella substitute. And it put on my pizza Friday. ?After spending full price on pizza day I had to eat back mozzarella cheese to top it off. When I calked them to address this concern he hung up on me. I wasn't even looking for a free pizza. I will never by from this pizza hut again. Very rude, incorrigible!

We ordered delivery and it was...adequate. the pizza had obviously not been kept flat as it had been smooshed against the side of the box. Pieces were unevenly cut. Pizza was not hot upon arrival. I expected more. Probably better if you get it from this particular location yourself.

Placed an order over the phone at 5:02 tonight. Arrived at the restaurant about 20-25 minutes later only to be told that there is no order under my name. I asked how long it would take to make my large pizza, and I was told about 25-30 minutes because they were super busy. I should have insisted they bump me to the top of the list since I had actually placed my order 30 minutes prior. (For what it’s worth, the cashier was very nice…he’s not the person who took my order over the phone.)Update: I just received a phone call from Pizza Hut at 7:10 asking if I was going to pick up my order (that apparently is now ready?!).

On Friday around 5pm, I ordered a "Big Dinner Box" through the Pizza Hut App, which was delivered ice cold and everything had to be re-heated in the oven. This was unacceptable. I don't know what happened to the bags they used to come to your door with in order to keep the food hot but my food was delivered without it (I'm guessing the size of the box didn't fit). But getting delivered cold food is not what you expect when ordering food, especially when it is directly from Pizza Hut and not a third party like door dash or uber eats.

So I ordered pizza today, and they said my pizza will arrive in 30 minutes but it arrived one hour later, my pizza was also cold. I would not recommend this at all. I love Pizza Hut, but the service here sucks. Also I order something before too and when the pizza delivery guy came to give me my order they threw my pizza to my door.

DESPICABLE SERVICE - Ordered a pizza for delivery online. It arrived over 20 minutes late. I attempted to call the Leesburg location several times, only to receive an automated message stating "your pizza is on the way". When it finally arrived I refused it at the door and told the driver to have the manager call me. The teenage driver scowled at me. It never even occurred to him to say 'sorry', and he refused to give me his name. He told me "I didn't need to know that". Apparently Pizza Hut managers hide behind automated systems now and call it customer service, and they train their employees to handle issues by being confrontational.

How disappointing - I can't believe they stopped putting seasoning on their breadsticks. It was the best part! We ordered several orders and we received just cut bread. Last few times something has been wrong with our order. Now this and we all got sick.
