Very hit or miss. Sometimes your get everything you asked for and other times you miss a few toppings and a whole drink. Tried calling once after they forgot my basil spread and drink for the 3rd time. Got put on voice mail for 45 mins as the phone rang only to have someone pick up say nothing and then hang up. Just go to domino's...
I was three hours late picking up an order because I was delayed at work. They called to check and see if I was still picking up, and kept it hot the entire time. When I ate it, it was still delicious and crispy on the edges. The lady at the front of the store even gave me an extra marinara sauce even though I was way late. Great customer service
The team at the Leesburg Pizza Hut is always polite and friendly! Mrs Michelle is very patient and outgoing — she really makes every visit enjoyable. The food is always hot and delicious. Great service every time
