On 3/13/2025 8:20PM (drive thru) I had the intention of buying a family meal (16pc) normally it comes with 4 breasts, 4 pieces of everything. The guy there was rude and impolite and told me that I would receive only 2 pieces (2 breasts) and that if I want more breast I have to pay for them. He also told Me That I had to wait 12 minutes since there was not food ready. I found that odd since Popeyes in Ashburn always give 4 pieces (4 breasts). I shared that with the employee and he said “well, that’s in Ashburn, not here”. So I went to Ashburn. I am not sure how these franchises work but this one is Leesburg is just not good.

I ordered through the app, Wednesday night a 2 can dine and a chicken sandwich meal. Keep in mind that’s 3 meals total. We asked for 6 blackened ranch so that’s basically 2 per person. The dude said we had to pay extra. I never had to pay EXTRA for sauce and it’s not even a lot of 3 people eating. He had the audacity to say it’s 1 per meal which is unbelievable. He also mentioned they ran out of sweet tea which is understandable because it’s the end of the day but gave us a smaller cup when we ordered a Large.

The worst Popeyes! I get the Ghost pepper sandwich combo. The last two times, I asked for bacon and cheese. Both times, I got a regular one without the bacon and cheese. This time, they asked me, and I said no because they always forget anyway. Well, I asked for fries and redbeans and rice as my sides. I only got the redbeans and rice. I go inside, and they only charged me for red beans and rice even though the guy at checkout confirmed "fries and redbeans and rice." These people are completely incompetent, and I won't waste my time at this location again!

This is the store I usually go to since it’s close to me. The other night, I order via the drive-thru. When I got to the window, the manager asked if I could pull up because it will take 8 minutes for the chicken. No problem, that happens. So while waiting, got on my phone and did some work emails. Then I realized that 10 minutes has passed and no chicken yet. Waiting about a minute then decided to go in. The manager was at the front manager and I ask them where my chicken was. The expression on the manager’s face told me they forgot about it. She just walked over to one of her employees and I must’ve told him to get my chicken. She slowly walked out of my sight towards the drive-thru window. She must’ve been embarrassed because it looked like she was hiding from me!! Couldn’t believe it. The guy gave me my chicken and told me he gave me an “extra” piece. No explanation or apology from the manager.

From now on, I’m going to the new store on Battlefield.

The worst. Beyond being fast food, expectations are low for obvious reasons. Not looking for anything beyond a simple transaction. When you operate below the floor… no worries, never again.

Just look at the photos. Rubbery dried out shrimp, OLD mac n cheese( which costs an arm and a leg!!) and look at what I was sent as a chicken sandwich ( yeah, the one people were fighting each other over years ago) These disrespectful workers sent me 3 chicken strips on a hamburger bun and packaged it as if it were the actual sandwich. Dishonest, lazy,not following protocol, food integrity of the company was totally disregarded. I will be going there tomorrow as soon as it opens with all these items and requesting new FRESH properly made items. What a disgrace to treat your customers this way. Definitely going to stick to the popeyes on Compass Creek after this experience.

This is the worst when i ever been to i took 1 bite of the sandwich and throw it away they didn’t even put the same chicken that supposed to be in the sandwich don’t come here don’t waste your money i promise the service and the food will make you regret it.

The past few times I've ordered food the food has not been cooked all the way through, the manager is rude and tries to hurry you along and if you ask for a sauce make sure you get it because they'll charge you for it real quick and not give it to you overall for your health I would not go there for your sanity I wouldn't recommend them either if you want popeyes the newly built one is absolutely fantastic they always make you feel like you received a service and not burdening an employee when you ask for simple things that are part of a customer service job don't walk away run away
