I placed a delivery order with Popeyes because I am currently recovering from double jaw surgery and cannot drive or cook for my kids. I tried ordering the 16-piece Signature Chicken Family Meal, which explicitly states it includes three large sides and eight biscuits, as you can see in my screenshot, image.png. Because the app was glitching and wouldn't let me edit the sides, I called the store and spent over 15 minutes explaining the issue to Mia, who assured me they would include the sides and biscuits with the chicken. When the order arrived, it was just the chicken, so I called back to get the rest of my meal. Instead of helping, they didn't give me any explanation, refused to even check my order in their system, and falsely claimed I only paid for chicken. When I asked for the manager, I could hear Miguel in the background speaking in Spanish with a horrible attitude, stating he wasn't going to take my call. Going through their reviews online, you can see that this exact same thing has happened before to other customers too. I had to do so much unnecessary talking and arguing that my jaw actually started hurting, and they still offered absolutely no solutions.

Visiting from out of town. This was the best Popeyes experience I have had in a long time. First a family member went there and said the food was good. We went later, and it was great. The cashier was super friendly (Anthony i believe). I had a long complicated order, and he didn't flinch. Let me know all my options. Then he personally made all the food to perfection. The chicken sandwich actually looked like the original chicken sandwich. Everyone in my party enjoyed their food. If I'm ever back in Leesburg, I will absolutely come back.

Guhhhh every time I get crunked I order from this establishment and they never disappoint. I'd personally kiss every employee if I could. God i love their chicken sandwiches if I were on death row this would be my last meal. Not enough shrimp in the tackle box but no one is perfect. If you're reading this Popeyes I love you and I want you. Call me <3.

Always a good meal to enjoy that's easy going down, even when stressed or nervous. Ok ~99% of the time I guess. Popeyes is a classic standby. Far superior to KFC imho.

The staff was friendly and efficient. We ordered 2 3pce meals. What we got was about 2 decent pieces of chicken and some dried up wings. Also, the pieces were cut poorly so there wasn't much meat on on them. Sides were fine too but for 30 bucks I really wanted 3 real pieces of chicken.
