Ordered a wild cherry and they gave me the fake cherry flavor claiming it was the same. Wild cherry is dark red and has pieces of cherries in it, the standard cherry is bright red and taste like a bad freeze pop. What a disappointment.

I came into the store tonight during a bit of a rush and while I was waiting for what seemed like forever, I soon came to realize that the line was present not due to the amount of people, but the pace of the workers, I noticed that the young man was doing all the preparation of the orders while the lady sat idly by and didn't help, she simply sat and watched while she strictly did the register, ridiculous. She also wore airpods while working which I think is extremely rude.

There were too many sprinkles in the birthday cake milkshake, and it made the drink way too sweet and sugary because too many sprinkles, I had no taste and it's just an obnoxious amount of sugar that's added for no reason. The straw should probably be wider (like a boba straw) in order for the drink not to get stuck, which, in my case it had. However, since it was a hot day, it's definitely good to try their custard and I would consider coming back to try one of their other shakes.

I usually would post to say how much I love Rita's and we are frequent customers at this location - but my recent experience this week had us turning around and walking out before we even ordered. So sad! We walked into the store - luckily there was a family ordering in front of us. While the employee was scooping out Italian ice for the customer she was waiting on - the employee licked their fingers!!! It was disgusting also the employee was not wearing gloves - which I think is standard practice to wear food service gloves when scooping ice cream. I was so sad and disappointed because we really wanted Rita's that day but I'm not willing to risk my family's health in this day and age. It was a teenage employee and of course licking your fingers at an ice cream job is a big no no! I get it's a natural human reaction to want to do that - but no - just no. Rita's better train your employees better or have some adult oversight. So sad - picture for review - we've had countless wonderful experiences here - but I can't go back until I know Rita's management has corrected their employee training and has some mature adult oversight. Imagine all the things we don't actually see behind the scenes -gross.
This was my first time trying frozen custard, and WOW!!!! Creamy sweet deliciousness! I'm now definitely a fan!! I tried the peach flavor for this summer time! Unbelievably delicious, did I already say that? I seriously can't say it enough! The service was great! This is a cool vibe shopping center! I'm looking forward to trying something chocolate next time! A side note: the small is HUGE! Oh so delicious!!!

Refreshing!!Love having Rita's whenever I crave something to refresh me after a long hot day ? ☀ ?Staff here were very welcoming and friendly and they had plenty of yummy flavors to choose from. If you're indecisive like me I reccomend the flight pack where you can try 4 flavors and get a scoop of icecream ??
