Italian ice is great but customer service leaves much to be desired. Got there before the posted closing time and they were closed and cleaning. Looked at me like I was crazy when I knocked on the door to figure out what was going on.
Such a great experience! Staff is very friendly and Michelle was very quick making our ice.
Service was amazing! Michelle was extremely welcoming, and made the experience enjoyable.
