Best cheese steak in leesburg no contest, yes is in a mall but boy is authentic, the service part is kind of lacking in both locations they struggle a bit to get my order I recommend double checking before leaving otherwise perfect

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but my experience was disappointing. The young lady at the front register was very rude and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Customer service is important, and the attitude made us feel unwelcome. I hope management works on improving how customers are treated.

Stale bread, 1/2 of my large was clearly made at an earlier time than the other half. Sounds nuts but 1/2 had my order steak onions provolone and fresh while the other half was dry and not fresh and only had steak?

The owner in Thornton on 120th is insulting and rude to customers. His name is 'Bill' but won't give his last name.

This place is a joke, i ordered cheesesteak with fries online when came to pick up my food cashier was asking me to confirm ( i already confirmed and paid for it) then she took my phone and went to their back room for couple minutes for no reason. Also food was bad there was no cheese, no fries and no seasoning

This place has the AUTHENTIC Philly cheese steak with the cheese WHIZ, also the WHIZ on the fries iS phenomenal! Great service, the place is in the mall cafe so you can go shopping before or after, THE ONLY TRUE PHILLY available in Leesburg VA
