Gross. The last time I was visited there was clearly bad fruit. Like it was not kept to temperature. When I mentioned it to the cashier she just kinda shrugged. She was pacing back and forth like her shift was over and was just upset. There were multiple questionable items on the serve your self area. This establishment feels more risky every visit so be aware.

One of the worst experience I've had in this location. It's so disgusting and the staff is rude. They are too busy chatting with their friends rather than paying attention to the customer or the store itself. I would say avoid this location at all cost.

We stopped by after a basketball game with my son and his friends and kids filled up their tubs. Cake batter was my sons favorite and there was no warning sign or machine was closed when he filled his tub with it. When we come to the cashier he asked if we get cake batter ice cream and we said yes, he told us it is fermenting and no goid and apologized. I asked why it wasn't taken out of service and he said he will and said go ahead and redo your ice cream for free. We did and when we come back he charged us for all the ice cream. It was not professional at all. On top of it it was not safe to keep that machine in service.

Cotton candy tastes like water and mint tastes expired. I got the swirl of mint/cookies’n’cream but only mint came out because some guy who works there spent 5min filling a bucket with the c’n’c. Staff was very unfriendly and glared at me and my friend the entire time. Came for the $6 small birthday deal but I definitely won’t be coming back for anything.
Love the frozen yogurt!!!! They have amazing toppings and a good variety of flavors! Me personally, I love the strawberry and Cotten candy flavors. SO GOOD!!
Kid-friendliness: They have a chalk board for the kids and some rocking chairs outside! Inside and outside they have little small seats for the kids!!

My mother visited this location and English is not her first language. She bought the smallest size and was charged $16. She got minimal toppings and they charged their own tip. Totally not acceptable!!
