Date night or doing a drive by, the Conche is a hidden in plane sight gem. The unique addition of Chocolate in most dishes is surprisingly delicious, my favorite by far is short rib. I have not found a better short rib in all the DC Metro area, including my own. Tender and prepared with a wine and chocolate reduction... simply amazing!
The Conche has been a long-time favorite since they opened in Leesburg. Chef/owner Santosh really sets the bar high for their food and desserts, most of which have chocolate intertwined in their ingredients. I love everything from the decor to the staff to the quality of the food, and I definitely recommend it to any clients.
It was a special occasion. Our wedding anniversary and the first time for our granddaughter. Salvador was wonderful and made each dish he served a delicious experience. Of course the dessert that comes in the gold dome was a delight for our guests.
