My favorite bar. Ethan, Benny, and the team curate the best vibe in the area. A cozy spot with artisan cocktails on a seasonal menu, fantastic bourbon selection, great food from SideBar, and some of the best customer service around. Recommend the dealer’s choice option for the most creative custom cocktails and takes on the classics you can find. A local hidden gem in the best way.
As a local, I’ve always seen The Docket as one of the better places to go in downtown. However, Ethan has assembled a crew that is just a step above the rest. I’ve traveled to many different places and I can say Benny is among one of the best bartenders I’ve ever met. He is a wizard with his mixes and a great guy to chat with. Todd is also exceptional.
