Micah Rose to the Rescue one Sunday morning when this Wendy's was not open around 9 am. I cam back later and Micah had arrived to help out and was doing a great job with just he and Sophie on the job, but they both worked really well and got the drive thru and inside service up-and-running in no time. I'm sure it was stressful, but they handled ALL the complications really well.
I wanted to leave a review for Micah. Every time I come through, he goes above and beyond to make sure my order is correct and the experience is smooth. He’s incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely one of the nicest employees I’ve interacted with at any restaurant. You can tell he truly cares about customer service and making people feel welcomed. Employees like Micah make a huge difference, and Wendy’s is lucky to have him on the team!
Great food and consistently fresh orders. The night staff is especially awesome, friendly, fast, and always professional even. Definitely one of the best Wendy’s locations around!
