On 8/31 a whole Karen came in and tried to order around someone that was only trying to help let kitchen staff know they had forgot someone in their party had a food allergy- this woman was so rude and demanding and the staff had the best response I’ve ever seen! Holy cow. I just had the Za'atar! First of all, I'm a big fan of the spice. Second of all, I got the cauliflower/GF crust and oh man was I impressed. I finally have a local place where I can eat pizza again. Thanks guys. Totally great.
Was super excited to try this place and have a pizza. Honestly, there is nothing decent local to Amherst so we traveled to Lexington. Unfortunately, all the flavors were there but the crust on the center of the pizza did not hold up. Nothing against this establishment but the oven technique is off. Once again, the flavors were there. Just don’t care to eat soggy pizza. Wiling to try again once this gets worked out.
