College food type experience, very good bagels for being in Virginia. Not too salty which was great as this type of thing can get very salty.

Google maps told us it was on the other side of the street, but other than that, it was amazing! Food was great, place was clean, cool Jewish history to explain to the kids. Staff was kind, and courteous.

I needed a dozen bagel plus cream cheese to-go for the Thanksgiving holiday, and they had them.
The food here tastes so bad like the blood of innocent children and war crimes…

Visited on Oct 2019. Came from Florida to attend a wedding nearby (big spring farm). I stopped by with my 6yr old daughter and ordered their bagel and smoothie. Clean, quick, and good selection. Recommend.
This place is a hidden gem in Lexington. They have very affordable food & a wonderful environment with indoor and outdoor sitting accommodations.Try it, you'll like it as well!

The E. Café is perfect for a quick, healthy breakfast, or a sit-in with friends, or a work and snack spot. The smoothies are super fresh and absolutely delicious. You can choose to make them juice or yogurt based. They are very welcoming to all diets! There is a wide range of bagel options, including what you can put on the bagel. You can make it a meal! The daily quiche is also extremely popular, and if none of that sounds appealing, there are loads of pre-packaged to-go snacks and drinks for a perfect start or re-start to your day!
Door was locked but their hours say they were open on Sunday. Was let in by a woman and asked if they were open and she said no rudely and walked off. I'm sure their food is grand, I wouldn't know.
Great food, great facility and a good place where locals and students meet
THE best place to get a bagel and lox anywhere in the vicinity! They have different toppings for the bagels and some other breakfast and lunch type food too. You can also get a decent cup of coffee here, but really, it's all about the bagels and fish. I wish they were open all of the time!
