Excellent food here. You won't go wrong with anything you order. Atmosphere is a 3 because they are a hotel restaurant, and there is not much they could do to improve the atmosphere.
I eat here whenever I am in Lexington. Best food in town.

Fantastic food, five star cuisine, and friendly service! What more could you ask for? Lex Vegas Bistro is a hidden gem run by an absolutely wonderful family. I highly recommend dining here if you ever find yourself in the charming, southern town of Lexington, VA.

The food is excellent. I had the pork chop with truffle mash potatoes & apples. The chop was perfectly seared and juicy. Tha apples cut uniform and tasted so wonderful. ALL Round GREAT meal.

FYI this restaurant is in the Best Western. Should have known right there! We were the ONLY people there!
Lobster was undercooked. Steaks chewy and not cooked properly. Orzo looked and tasted like someone’s leftover casserole. Sodas flat. Chef too confident in abilities. If I could give negative stars I would. Insisted that he make our experience “5 stars” and insisted us to take key lime pie home. At that point No one in our party wanted to eat any more from this place.
Other than the chef, the staff was kind and polite. I don’t think our bill should have been $260 for 6 steaks from the Best Western??????

Where did this fabulous place come from?! Do not miss out on this foodie haven. You’ll wanna order everything from the Appetizer menu. Everything we had was superb — nothing done halfway here. Excellent. We will be back!

Fantastic experience! To say the food was good would be a huge understatement. All of it was exceptional. I can personally recommend the bang bang shrimp and crabcake. Both were delicious. And the crown of the evening was the ribeye (with mashed potatoes and asparagus). Best steak I've ever had. Melt in your mouth, perfectly prepared, and subtly seasoned. Absolutely fantastic. Prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality of food they are putting together. I have not yet made it for lunch, but I can't wait because I saw a lobster roll on their lunch menu and I know it won't disappoint! Highly recommend you check this place out!

The Wagyu Skirt Steak was to die for! Prepped absolutely perfect and the sides were just right to compliment the meal. There wasn't anything left by the end, I truly enjoyed every savory bite! Can't wait to try out their Sunday Brunch :)

The quality of the ingredients and preparation is absolutely astonishing. I had an octopus appetizer and a mahi entree, and both were among the best I have ever tasted. In fact, without question the octopus was the best preparation I have ever had, and I love octopus. Very good wine selection. Very attentive service. I was blown away for this to be such a new restaurant

Went there for dinner last weekend. We were told that we couldn't get anything from the bar because the ABC manager was not there ,she came in later and we placed a drink order....we got the smallest cocktail ever !! The appetizer was cold. The broccoli was so tough it had to be cut with a steak knife. Two other customers left because they were out of everything they ordered. Food was just terrible. With tax an a tip the bill was $100.... wasted!! Never again!!

A must visit when you visit Lexington. The Sunday Brunch is by far the most Value for your money. You can’t go wrong with prime rib and Alaskan King Crab! Food was superb! Also stay at Abigail Inn when you visit. I always prefer small Inn’s and support small business when I travel.
