On a Friday 07/14 I ordered a caramel (ice)
Latte and 2 apple pies. Got to window and was handed a hot latte. Had it changed, got home and apple pies were over cooked and dry, called manager about my dissatisfaction. Manager apologized and requested me to comeback for a new order. On Monday 07/17 again I ordered a caramel latte and was handed a latte that was filled with nothing but ice and the milk was bad. McDonald's is a clean and spacious restaurant with kind employees. The drive-through staff is generally friendly and polite, and the restrooms are kept clean. While food service can be a bit slower, the food is fresh and tastes good. Although there may be slight issues with orders that have substitutions, the staff has no problem substituting items. The food is affordable and convenient. This location offers ample parking, is open late, and is handicapped accessible.
