We always get food from here when we're in Lexington!! This visit, we stopped by three times over two of our three days here (and who knows what tomorrow [day 3] will bring.) Breakfast sandwiches on bagel and bread plus a bonus chili day 1 late morning, burger, chicken sandwich and kid's tenders meal day 1 evening, and lunch items on day 2. As we were traveling in the area we were looking for a place to have lunch. After google searching for some local places to stop, Pure Eats popped up. Read some great reviews and it looked like cool place and we decided to stop.
Just so happened that day was free donut day if you showed them your Christmas sweater. Of course both of our wives were wearing their sweaters and are always looking for something free.
The place is small and the two young guys waiting...

Reminded me of the American Diner version of The Old Cock Inn, Harpendon, UK. College town prices but with high end quality eats!! You can do not better easily within 50 miles. Gluten free menu and cert brought us here, the best stop on 81. Wait was only due to huge bunch of kids, worth the wait, and staff were clear about it and overcame extra waiting, they were quick!
