My boyfriend and I came for a late lunch Wed Nov 27th and after being seated it took more than 10 minutes to be greeted. There were only 2 servers on the floor and the salad bar was 80% empty after ordering our entrees with the salad bar for 5.99 we went to the salad bar and there was only 1 type of lettuce no ham or eggs or anything else and to top it off there was only 1 plate so I was able to make something small for me and my boyfriend to share. After about 20 minutes the servers filled the salad bar and brought out large square plates because there were no actual salad plates. This particular restaurant had 2 managers on duty whom were sitting in the office while the ship sank great job đ as a fellow restaurant worker my managment is 100% hands on and makes sure we are taken care of no matter what. I think it's time for some retraining.

Walked into the place at 8:45 pm. Took a look at the salad bar and went back to the reception desk. Stood there for about 5 minutes looking at 2 employees in the bar area. They looked at me and made no move to greet me. Drive .5 miles to the Applebees and received and warm greeting and great food. Wonât be back to Rubys again. I understand now why they are shrinking and probably going belly up.

Came here yesterday . I ordered the 5 queso Philly cheese . I took 2 bites and couldnât finish it cause it tasted funny . Iâve been running to the toilet all night and day đ check yall meat and throw that old shit away ! My server did a good job , but the salad bar was not stocked . Yall needa do better over all

Went on Sunday today at 4 not busy ordered tea was not good sweet tea at all,ordered steak and salad bar and burger waited 10 minutes for a plate at the salad area and nothing but shredded lettuce they stated no truck till Tuesday you can't go across to Walmart to buy salad asked for medium steak not only no season at all was red at that point sent it back was done , almost 20 dollars for burger too that was not great 6 dollars for side of Mac n cheese absolutely ridiculous will never be back even got shrimp added to steak they bring out 4 of the tiniest shrimp for 8 more dollars only god thing was waitress was very nice so disappointed
I was with my family. They all 3 got the burgers. It took them almost an air in a hour and 20 minutes to serve the food. And when they finally bought it out, mine was fine, but to 3 burgers, the buns were so hard. You couldn't even cut them with a knife, so I told a lady. She applied well. I didn't cook them. So she sent the manager out and that was a joke. I tried to get her to try the bun, and look at it and see how hard it was. She said, i'm not touchin that wasn't that I wanted anything? She went and got me a appetizer card. I thought lady. I will never come back in this place again. I need to do better

Went in but no one acknowledge we were there or was greeted by any hosted. Not many customers and I see why Just poor service. Staff may have been short but they not like that We waited still standing and finally left for Applebee's. There was greeted immediately and was able to sit down, not mention my party needed handicap accessible some and wasn't offended at Ruby's Tuesday

The bartender was the only employee I say in the hour I was there. She was obviously a bit in the weeds but very pleasant and efficient. I watched her deftly de-escalate a whiney couple at the bar. I gave her 5 stars and a 25% tip. The salad bar was lightly stocked at 7 pm and very messy. All of the greens looked dated. I ordered the grilled salmon , swapped mashed potatoes for the rice and kept the grilled zucchini. The fish seemed ok, mashed potatoes were refrigerator cold inside the heap and there were 6 loonie-sizes zuc rings. Most of the tables were dirty, un-bussed and the menâs room was also a mess. Gee I wonder why this chain is failing? The photo I added was part of their Halloween decoration on the chalk board wall. RIP indeed.

Came across a Ruby Tuesdayâs while traveling today and was excited, as those in our area have closed. They used to have the some of the best food around, but that certainly not the case with this one. We were seated in a booth near the kitchen, where the disgruntled employees fussed and cussed. On three occasions we heard plates broken, followed by ânot my faultâ. Mens room floor was a mess, looking as though it had not been checked for days. Salad bar was in disarray, with several containers completely empty. Appetizer was good but steak and potatoes were not. Thinnest ribeye I have ever seen and sirloin was tough and grizzly. Baked potato was not hot and mashed potatoes looked like they just came out of a mold. Our suggestion is to keep driving, donât stop here.
Salad bar always great. Avoid the salmon.
