There’s like 5 ghost restaurants within this restaurant

EVERYTIME we go there we think it may be better,Fat chance. We were 1hr and 12 minutes, the waitress was not paying attention and when she finally came the food looked Great however it cold or barely warm, we didn't even eat we left and so did others.

Rhonda was amazing! To be working half the restaurant alone during lunch she was very efficient. Whatever you’re paying her I know it’s not enough. To be working that many tables the least you could do is pay her what she’s owed. If she’s doing the work of at least 3 servers she needs to paid what 3 servers are paid. Not really a ruby Tuesday fan but my family is def a fan of Rhonda’s. Burger was good, wife said steak was good, daughter said salad bar was good and daughters boyfriend said salmon was good.

The food was not good. In full disclosure I should have sent it back, but having worked as a waiter, I didn't want to cause issues. The ribeye was rare and grisly and the baked potato was hard.

We asked to pay and our waitress appeared to be working an entire room by herself. She finally gave us our bill and I didn't notice the amount was off until after I paid (I admit I should have caught it - I just trust I am given the correct bill to pay). We waited for her to come back to explain. She said it didn't go through and asked us to pay again (the correct check this time) so we paid again.

After we left we saw that there were 2 charges on our credit card. So we called the restaurant and the manager informed us the only thing they could do was give us a gift certificate. She said she would look into it and call us back and we never heard back.

If you choose to eat here, double-check your bill and make sure it's correct before you pay.

I typically don’t leave a bad review but this experience was the most unpleasant one my husband & I have ever received from a restaurant visit of all places… Definitely not a place I advise for couples. The price was not worth the horrible service received as well… My husband was kind & spoke with ease to understand & twice he nicely & calmly corrected the waitresses mistake when reading back our very simple two meal order we wanted to which she still brought it to us wrong then proceeded to very rudely tell my husband he told her wrong twice, ok whatever end of situation or so we thought…. Nope the rest of our meal she’d come by and would only speak to & acknowledge my husband while completely ignoring me & acting like I didn’t exist. Cool no big deal but by the time to meal was over my husband felt so uncomfortable he asked me to use our bank card & pay to which I was going to until she saw the card exchange & finally decided to acknowledge me & tried to speak to me about my shirt & what was on it to which by then I was really upset annoyed & felt very disrespected because I finally realized what my husband had already realized & was unhappy about, she was over friendly to him because she figure he was paying & wanted a big tip after being so rude to him & then thought a few compliments including complimenting his tattoos would reel him in to leave one (which we had planned to tip we always do even if we receive unpleasant service) but after the disrespect we both felt we finally decided this was the one time & exception we wouldn’t do that we just paid for our meal & left. if this is the type of staff they have to offer I highly advise you save your money & go anywhere besides there or find another ruby Tuesday to visit instead. Most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant & can’t believe a place that seemed so lovely & welcoming at first ended up a completely horrible & unpleasant first time experience for us… highly disappointed.

Came tonight for our regular monthly date night. We come every month, salad bar was practically empty, all the employees could be heard in the kitchen gossiping while we were treated nonexistent this month, way to go management. My husband and I will not be returning.

The service wasn’t bad. She did a good job. It was nice. The food on the other hand was I ordered a steak and the steak was supposed to be medium, and it was rare. The salad bar was empty had hardly anything on it. They didn’t replenish it and a lot of the items were salty. while I was waiting for my appetizer which was mushrooms, my wife went to the restroom. The restroom had exploded as somebody had not cleaned up the ladies room. I had an ant walking across my arm.

Salad bar has really gone downhill, poorly restocked with cheaper foods replacing quality items- no egg? But 6 kinds of peppers?? But prices are higher ! Waited over 10 minutes to be seated and then greeted at our table, may be a staffing problem. Ruby’s seem to be disappointing downtrend of food quality and service - very sad

Horrible food. Way over priced. I went to it for the memories of what was once a great restaurant. The dilapidated seating was horrid, probably left over from the 90s. Service as first was none existent but did improve once we made it to a table. Seriously over priced family of 6 was 175 plus a 20 dollar tip. Much better steaks at a real steakhouse.

Heather Morgan at Ruby Tuesday gave us an outstanding experience! Our food was delicious, came out promptly, and she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Her friendly personality and genuine care for her customers made our visit even better. Highly recommend asking for Heather if you visit!
