I’m heading to family decided get fish and fries for 23 bucks I get 3 small chunks fish do not look like pics and come on no ketchup for fries what a joke ! Ruby Tuesday just lost my business for life !!!!!!!! Overpriced overrated chain !!!!!!!! I bet none there workers eat fries without ketchup I’m in hotel the door dasher was fast and great this ruby Tuesday is way over priced fraudulent pics foods and cheap thank god I’m just passing through !!!!!!!!

This is a good reliable choice when I’m out of town at this location. Nothing fancy but very good food. And you can’t beat adding the salad bar to any meal.

Had F&C with the salad bar. The salad bar was its usual excellent selection and everything was fresh. They have added a house made ranch which is excellent. The Fish and Chips were typically chain but with a twist. They use pollock which for me is the best fish for F&C. Not everyone will agree but give a try. The fries were likely frozen but nicely seasoned and everything was piping hot. Overall, it was a pleasant experience at a reasonable price.

It’s been a while since I had come to ruby Tuesdays and I must say it wasn’t as promising as I had hoped. The service was good as my waitress was very nice, quick on her feet and very enjoyable to talk to. But the food was lacking in flavor, the salad bar a mess and all around wasn’t as appraising. Even the 6oz steak I had ordered was weighed in at only 4.8oz. All in all, the bill was paid, the staff was tipped and the story comes to an end abruptly. Try again ruby’s.

Not your Dads Ruby Tuesday. We stopped in after a hard days drive and were met by ‘Hailey M‘ who provided a smile, good sense of humor and great service. The meals were very tasty and presented in an appetizing manner. We ordered the baby back ribs (FYI the meat fell off the bones) and the veggie burger. Both entrees were very good. Service was good and the atmosphere was relaxing. We are sure to try them again on future Northern adventures. Thank you and Merry Christmas to the entire staff.

Arrived there today (12-11-25) around 1pm. Ordered the T-bone and salad bar. Everything on the salad bar was old and the steak was tough and a cheap cut. My wife's steak was sent back. In the past Everything was good there...not today. To make matters worse..today is my birthday. On the other hand...the service was good from Peggy.

Atmosphere was nice, service was fast, food was excellent and waitress Micha was extremely welcoming, helpful and made you feel welcomed to be there. It was my first time there I travel with my job and had just gotten into town. So it was nice having great service and good food in a quiet atmosphere just to unwind after driving over 500 miles. They also have a full bar area as well so you can have a drink too

Micah (sp) was amazing. Very friendly from the moment we were seated. Our order was correct and timely. A great full service restaurant. Will be back when in the area.
Waited 10 min before we saw a employee and were seated. Placed our order waited 30 min only to find out the order had never been placed. Were told that if we reordered the meal would be free. The booth was under a vent and it was Freezing. We not so politely declined, left and will not return.

Stopping in as we were traveling through VA. I have been to other Ruby Tuesdays but not this one. My past experiences have always been good - a good value and nothing fancy. This visit changed my mind and here is why...it was ridiculously over priced! Their mixed trio appetizer was $16.99 - I think their kitchen bought the items from Walmart and heated it up in a microwave Hickory Salmon was $19.49 - The fish was cooked fine but a little rice and half a dozen grilled veggies didn't add up to almost $20 in my mind. Impossible Burger was $15.99 - Way over cooked. Our total before tax as $57.25. That's a lot of money for "ok" food. Nothing special. I noticed their salad bar was $12.99 I will say the service was great and Staci did a great job. It seems to me, RT is trying to make up for lost business by overcharging guests. Should be the other way, offering a great value.
