The Palms Reviews
Burger was raw sent back waited another 30 mins while watching servers laugh and joke around not offered a appetizerwhile I waited. Avoid this place at all costs. I asked for a refund and id go elsewhere for dinner after waiting a hr. Server brings back my money hands it to me just so the manager can chase me down the street demanding my money back. This place needs new management and to get their act together. Kids meal was gross as well.
My cousin and I stopped on our way home to WV. Looking for something different. It was the absolute best experience!! Food was phenomenal and the service was exceptional!! We definitely noted the location for our next trip! Make sure you try the Apple Blondie! 😋

The Palms restaurant offers exceptional food and great service in a cozy pub-like atmosphere. The new green chili burger is a messy delight, and the side salad with blue cheese dressing is a standout. Customers appreciate the $10 off cards for special occasions and the full bar. The restaurant is family-friendly, making it appropriate for kids, including a 13-year-old, without any concerns. The staff, especially waitresses, are attentive and welcoming, creating a laid-back environment. The fried green tomatoes come topped with delicious pimento cheese, and the Redeye Burger with bacon, bacon aioli, and house aioli remains a must-try. The cheese curds resemble baby mozzarella sticks, and the fried chicken sandwich is tasty, even if it’s not always piping hot. Despite some service delays, the staff work hard to provide good service. Overall, The Palms is a great place for flavorful dishes, friendly staff, and a relaxed vibe that makes visitors want to return.
