AI chat bot that answers the phone gets orders wrong. Doesn’t add extra cheese, gave me the wrong order of chicken bites. And then when you ask to speak to someone in store, to make sure everything is how it’s supposed to be, they do not answer the phone. Sat on the phone for almost 15 minutes multiple times trying to talk to an actual person in store. I hope this is not the new normal. Good thing I checked my order before I left the parking lot.
