Dinner with friends last night.. first timers. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Friendly service, fast service, prices affordable! Our 4- top table ordered clam strips, onion petals, ribeyes, crab cakes and sautéed shrimp and the salad bar! Homemade croutons - YUM! Desserts- coconut cake, lemon blueberry pie and an orange cream cake- y’all GO! We will def make this a regular dinner option. Thank you The Oaks!
The owner was extremely rude and obnoxiously berated my husband, tonight. He went in the restaurant to make an order to go. She came to seat him, he told her he was waiting to make a to go order; she said she wasn't taking that and walked away. He assumed that someone else would come to take the order. It was a busy night. The staff did a great job. I would recommend the liver and onions, flank steak, nachos and margaritas. All were delicious. It is a hidden gem. We will be back.

The Oaks is a welcoming and friendly down-home restaurant where the service and food are great. The staff is helpful, and the owner, Angie, and Nancy make guests feel like part of the family. They offer delicious dishes like fried shrimp and perfectly cooked ribeye, as well as clam strips, onion petals, crab cakes, sautéed shrimp, and a salad bar with homemade croutons. Desserts such as coconut cake, lemon blueberry pie, and orange cream cake are highly recommended. Despite a short wait for a table, the experience is worth returning for, making it a secret dining gem to enjoy. The atmosphere is terrific, and the staff provides friendly and fast service, creating a memorable dining experience.
