“I have lived here for 3.5 years and have probably driven by The Meander Inn, hummm 400 times at least. I truly had no idea they serve the public for breakfast and dinner until I visited their website! They also offer locals 10% off! We had an incredible breakfast in a beautiful setting on Sunday and after seeing their menu, heading back for dinner soon. Chandra is amazing - ask about their picnic basket lunch!!“

“Nice little dog friendly brewery in downtown Culpepper. The beers were solid. My favorite was the Ernst, a German pilsner. I had the five beer flight that included a Marzen, a Kolsch, a New England IPA, the Pilsner, and a dark lager. Definitely a nice range of styles.
The kitchen is pretty small, so food can be a little slow when the place is packed. Overall, definitely a nice brewery to visit. Culpepper is a nice little town and there is plenty of parking nearby.“

“I was on a weekend wine adventure last week. This place popped up on my radar. Did a four-pour tasting. Very good. You don't see Shiraz in Virginia very often, and theirs is very good. They also offer elderberry wine. I bought three different bottles, I was so impressed. Staff is delightful and the owner very personable. She took the time to speak with me at length. Go here. They happened to be hosting some kind of medieval armed combat event when we were there. Very cool.“

“I would give it two stars. I ordered the hamburger medium rare and it came very well done. I asked if I could have the house salad without the blue cheese and I was told I could, but it came with blue cheese. No waiter ever came back to our table to ask if everything was all right. I had to flag down a waiter to return the salad with the bled cheese. A waiter did show up after we finished eating to refill our water glasses and to inquire whether we wanted to order dessert.“
