The green and black tea is inconsistent either it’s burnt or it’s good, regardless of the time of day. The staff is pretty young so maybe they don’t know how to brew tea but they’re friendly and always professional.

I think I’m back to KFT!! I had taken a break from KFT for a while due to various reasons, such as other tea franchises. I came into the Lorton location after a long break and ordered a Strawberry Lemon GT, 70% sweetener, less ice. Akaysha is the nice young lady that prepared it. At the end of the drink, there was room left to fill the cup, and she topped it off with green tea. That’s right, green tea and NOT water/ice like some places do when they need to fill a cup.
