The reason I scored them low on atmosphere is I stopped in after driving 9 hours, when arriving I noticed a car in the parking lot so I parked right in front of the door. After getting my food, I put it in my truck, then I headed to the convenience store that is connected. That's when I saw that car pulling right beside my truck. I am not one to complain about a wait for food. Usually means the food is fresh and hot and good. Which the food was. However, we waited more than 25 mins for our food. A man walked in 22 mins adter me and he got his food before me. I watched him order it on the screen and then watched him get his food before me. It was wild. Then there were things missing too. We stopped here on our way to the high school for a Saturday basketball game.
The gentleman taking our order and payment deserves recognition for his work. He was professional , genuinely nice, and so down to earth. I cannot say enough good things about him. The young man that gave us our food was just as nice and down to earth.
