Very hit or miss stop. You'd think such a busy location would pay more attention but it doesn't. I've had good stops but most are lackluster to bad. Today, we stopped for a very simple order. An ice cream cone and a diet coke. I saw her accidentally try to give the ice cream cone to the car in front of me, who let her know they didn't order it. I’ve traveled back and forth from Bedford to either Charlottesville or Fredericksburg for the past 3 years and always stop at this Mdonalds because of the exceptionally pleasant and welcoming staff. My order has always been correct and the friendly staff just makes me want to stop and have somebody be nice for a change.Thank you Lovingston McDonalds for always getting it right with a smile. ?

The gentleman on drive thru was exceptionally pleasant and our sandwiches were fresh and fries were hot! It’s been ages since l had a good tasting meal from a fast food restaurant. Only reason we gave 4 stars was the wait, but worth it. Thanks so much and Merry Christmas
