Poor service, attitude, unfortunate because it's a nice atmosphere that's lacking because of it's staff. Upon entering there are no menus, you'll be told to scan a QR for a menu, asked about two different items the Elvis shake, or the banana split - said they didn't have either. What's the point in having me look at the menu when you have nothing. I felt it was a place that didn't want to serve. I got a bigoted impression from the staff.

I ordered from here multiple times and each time the food was wrong or the tea was sour. This last time food was wrong when I called I was informed that they decided to give me something other than my order and that I should be okay with that. Needless to say I got a refund and I'll never go back.

This is a 24 hour diner that is part of the nieghboring hotel. The food here was good and the ladies that were working were friendly. The decor of the diner was spot on. Guest that needed to check in after hours would do so at the diner.

Menu is written on white boards on the walls and ceiling. There are also qr codes, but it's still a pain trying to order. The food was tasty and hot, the service was good. Bathroom needs cleaning and updating.

Was extremely excited to find this diner again after 20 some years ago when it was located in Lavale, Md. Only to find that it was extremely filthy to the point ants were crawling on the walls and table where we sat from all the food crumbs not cleaned up, also was served a glass of water with a bug in it. It seriously needs to take a day or two to close and it get cleaned from top to bottom because it needs it. Was very disappointed and will not return.
Service was fast and attentive. Coffee was so-so. My husband liked his burger. I got biscuits and gravy and a piece of ham with 2 eggs. The eggs were cooked correctly as I ordered. B&G wasn't the best, just packet country gravy with no sausage in it. The diner was clean, as well as the restrooms.

I love small odd places like this. The food is usually good and the service great - points proven by my visit to Penny's Diner! Old school, short-order diner open 24/7 for any meal you want any time of day or night. Don't expect health food or haute cuisine - this is Diner Food, with all the salt, fat and flavor you could want.

Would like to give bill A huge shout out!!! You had great service food well prepared but most of all I would like to point out his eggs, he takes real pride in his work in the kitchen. His eggs were truly great. It was as if they took them off the menu and put them on my plate and I am picky when it comes to my eggs no extra butter no extra grease. I’m going to say 100% perfect thanks for my great experience at Penny‘s diner.!!!

Online says open 24 hrs- tried to stop on a 9 day road trip thru the area- sign on door said “closed until 2pm”- it was 1:30 so we had to go somewhere else- may need to change hours online.
