I had a very disturbing experience of being talked to extremely rude to yesterday, when I stopped in for breakfast, with my Cockapoo, who IS a Service dog & is allowed to go anywhere I'm alowed...had the nerve to ask me WHAT my disability was !!! Which is ILLEGAL!
THEN proceeded to tell me she did not BELIEVE she was a service dog! I even showed her my dogs ID card w her picture on it , she was blatantly rude to me, I'm sure she was the owner..

Buffet/salad bar are overpriced and had poor quality food. Cottage cheese tasted bad. We were still charged the large party gratuity even though ½ of our group left without actually eating. The few of us that actually tried eating, changed over to single trip from all you can eat. When brought to the cashier’s attention as the bill was settled, we received a very insincere “I’m sorry” with no offer of reducing the bill. We visited Luray Caverns and saw that this restaurant had good reviews and family friendly so we were looking forward to having lunch there. That was NOT the experience we had today 12/4/2022. The woman at the hosting station (Older woman, short hair, and glasses - she seemed like she was the owner or manager - she was ringing people up as well) from the minute we walked in she was not friendly or welcoming.
