Gathering Gounds is a great place to start your morning before heading into the national park! I stopped by for breakfast with some friends and all the food was great! We ordered the Avocado Toast, Pancakes, and Bagel Breakfast Sandwich and all the food exceeded our expectations! I also wanted to point out how friendly and well mannered the staff was! The young gentleman helping us with glasses was so polite (Go Wemby!)
It's possible we would have had a different experience if we decided to dine in, but we had a strange time when we came in for a takeout order. We had only enough time to stop in and get a bite to go, and there was a bit of confusion about where order and where we should wait and how we would know if the order was ready. Eventually we got all sorted out with a half sandwich, salad, and two cookies but I did sit wondering if our order was going to be done in time and if we'd...
The server was nice. The giant pretzel was very good. The lunch food was fine, same stuff you can get anywhere. But it took over 40 minutes to get out food. It was just too long with hungry kids.
