We were passing through from Shenandoah park and happen to stop by here to pick up something quick. The lady at the drive thru was so patient with us while we were attempting to figure out what we were going to order. The service was fast and mostly everyone was so friendly.
Everything seemed to be failing during our visit. Customers waiting a long time for food, out of ketchup?!?!? Staff not communicating. Staff looking directly at customers they had waited on, but not given their full order and then walking away.
Frisco burger was on point and the fries were fresh. Beverage machine was out of ice but the soda was quite possibly the coldest I’ve ever had. It was super refreshing. Even the negative ended up being a positive.
