Triple Crown’s BBQ chicken was moist and beyond finger licking good! The homemade sauces and sides were the perfect compliment to the excellent BBQ chicken . The portions were large and well packaged. We ate at one of the provided picnic benches with a handy umbrella.
Every time I visit Virginia, I try to stop by to visit Triple Crown BBQ. The food is great and the family that owns it is awesome. I live in New Mexico, and I spoke with a young lady at the carwash one day because I noticed her Virginia license plates. I was wearing my Triple Crown BBQ t-shirt, and when she noticed it, she immediately said that she had eaten at this place and really enjoyed the food. I suppose their fame is spreading nationwide! We came here after visiting the Luray caves. My husband was sceptical because he is very particular about BBQ but oh how he was impressed ! EVERYTHING was delicious 🤤 Cornbread was sweet and buttery, the ribs were tender and had a delicious glaze, the bun was soft and delicious, the cold slaw was fresh and tasty. Make this a stop on your way, John and his family will take good care of you !
