My girlfriend ordered a burrito from them but they didn't even put it together, they just sent the ingredients. If you want quality service, you're better of ordering takeout from a flaming dumpster.

I probably won’t go back to this one and it’s so close to my house!! They’re always out of something for one && for two the guy gave me a very small amount of rice that didn’t even cover the whole bowl not to mention he scraped it from the bottom of the pan. As a former fast food worker AND Chipotle employee, I would never scrape anything I’m serving to customers out of a pan. I would let them know that there would be a slight wait for fresh. I’m just very disappointed in this location..

Do not go here literally the worst CS I have ever encountered. After Covid you can tell people have just literally been handed positions without having the proper skill or background for the service field. Marcus the “GM” needs some training it is literally embarrassing to the chipotle brand for him to hold this title….dudes resolve for handling my concern was for him to deny me service. Just Sad!

Dined at the new Timberlake Road location last night. It was our first time at this new location close to our home. After much anticipation, we were sadly disappointed. Our food was not good, it was cold and steak was not cooked thoroughly. They were out of napkins and forks, although they did replenish when we asked. They were out of all of the salsa's except for the ridiculously hot one. The trash was overflowing. The other locations in Lynchburg are FAR different from this location. Please take this to heart and make this location more consistent with the food and service we have come to expect with the Chipotle brand.

7:00 PM - all out of black beans. Kind of a key component. This seems to be the norm. Always out of something. Fourth time in a row for me. This time I just left them with a bowl of rice.
My wife and I have visited this chipotle several times.. Each time there is some kind of issue..most times they are out of something..sometimes they forget to put the dressing in the to go bag.. also they basically chintz on what they give you.. for the price I think its a crime.. it's annoying to stand there and ask for more of this and that..tried again tonight 1/19/2024 and they were out chips(had to wait for them) out of peppers and onions (waited for them as well).. then get home and they forgot the dressing for my wife's salad.. my carnitas bowl had such a huge chunk of fat that I wondered where the meat was.. I'm sorry ,we have eaten at many chipotle up and down the east coast but this one ranks among the worst.. Steven E... Forest, Va
