This is by far the best Chipotle around. The people are always kind and generous and hard working. The people who are complaining about slow service and lack of ingredients have probably not worked in the food industry before. These guys at Timberlake Chipotle get absolutely SLAMMED with business and still maintain their composure, good attitude, and diligence. We’re very happy every time we go there.

Never had a bad experience at this chipotle. I frequently use the chipotolane to pick up my online order and the food is always hot, fresh, and delicious and the service is always excellent. I stopped by this evening to pick up my online order and I forgot to make a note I wanted a little cup of the smoked chipotle tobasco sauce and with no hesitation Xavior and Shamari were super kind and got my order out and hooked me with the little cup of sauce. I can’t thank the staff here enough! First, the food was great, and the portions were perfect (I didn’t think she would even be able to fold the burrito). Most importantly though, the staff was BEYOND exceptional. I have alpha-gal (allergic to beef, pork, etc.), and the staff warned me about what to eat and not eat (heads up: if you have the same allergy, don’t order the chicken or fajita vegetables due to possible exposure to beef products).
