Dined at the new Timberlake Road location last night. It was our first time at this new location close to our home. After much anticipation, we were sadly disappointed. Our food was not good, it was cold and steak was not cooked thoroughly. They were out of napkins and forks, although they did replenish when we asked. The staff that work at this location are some of the friendliest HOWEVER, this location is consistently out of ingredients. And the worst part is they don’t tell you before you order. Today it was guac, a few weeks ago sofritas. And even when they are stocked, the food tastes so bland? Like they don’t follow the recipe. My least favorite of all the Lynchburg locations.

I walked in and stood at the counter waiting to order for at least 5 minutes, staff seemed to thing every other task was more important than a customer waiting at the counter. Other than that the food is great.
