Food here is good, but the staff seems to be BEWILDERED and LOST. Between delivery orders and orders at the counter, there just seems to be a total DISARRAY!! Some people were waiting close to 30 minutes for their food. I thought Wards Rd Wendy's was bad; this one was close.
Obviously short staffed (as most are) but amazing service. Actually asked how our meal was and if we needed anything. Don't typically see that level of customer service in fast food.
