“I made a mobile order on the app, and sent it to the other location in Lynchburg. When I got there, I had realized and told Christina in the store. She immediately started to call the manager at the other location and couldn't get him. She tried and tried again and finally got him on the phone, and he agreed to switch the order over. The other manager didn't want to switch the order (because I had ordered a lot of things) but she convinced him.
She was so great! Not only did she use her personal phone and contact to help me out she was so persistent. That's real customer service! The order was for my students who are learning English to better themselves and their careers.

“I absolutely ADORE every single person who works here, except one. There is this woman who works at this location who is always rude, always messes up my drinks, and burns my food. I have worked as a barista for 5 years I know how this stuff goes. I go to this location almost everyday because I work nearby and their morning baristas make my day so much better. It’s a white woman with dark brown/black hair. She doesn’t care about the people who come into the store, and every time I go through and she’s there my friend and I always have something to say about our order. When in the morning it is always perfect. I don’t know if this woman is the manager or not, if so demote her and make someone else manager. I more so feel bad for the baristas if she is manager, if she treats her customers the way she treats my friend and I, I can’t imagine how she treats everyone else who works there. Also W morning crew I love them to death!“
