The food has much to be desired considering the high cost. To dine in was a complete joke. Family and I stood at the counter for over five minutes, made eye contact with one employee working in the back, but again no one came to the counter to take our order, so we left and went somewhere else. No one eating in the “restaurant” that should have been a clue at 6pm. Our advice, stay away.
Kfc on timberlake road , should be ashamed of themselves serving this food, It sux 6 months ago figured i would give another try even worse
I ordered delivery through grubhub tonight. Ordered a 3 piece chicken box with mac and cheese, mashed potatoes with gravy, and an extra gravy. What I received was a box of popcorn chicken, two small containers of mac and cheese, a small fry, and a chicken sandwich. Not even close to what I ordered. Tried to call the store, but the line is busy. Incredibly poor experience. Will NOT be doing it again.
