“Visiting Lynchburg for a wedding and needed to pick a dinner spot on reviews alone. This was a solid choice! Elizabeth was a friendly host and the food came out quickly. The barbecue pork ribeye was the highlight for me. Wish I had grabbed a photo!“
“This was our first visit and it didn’t disappoint! I had the Lobster Ravioli and it was on of the best I’ve had! The staff was friendly and the atmosphere is nice. The menu is varied and the prices are between $11 an up.-There is parking nearby.-An elevator if needed-Near walking and river walk trails-In addition to the set menu they have specialsParking: Parking is paid during prime business hours and free parking outside of that. City parking lot.“
“Love coming here! Just a short walk from where I work and I love that you can get Starbucks drinks here! The staff has always been super kind and they make things really quickly (and tasty). Of course, being in The Virginian, the decor is beautiful as well, and it's a very convenient location for hotel guests and those (like me) who work downtown.Decided to try the omelet today since I skipped breakfast and it was delish! They thought they were out of spinach, but they went and found some more for me, even though it was close to the end of breakfast time :)The only negative is that some items are a bit expensive for what you'd normally expect to pay, but it is in a hotel so that's to be expected. I haven't tried any of the pastry or other options, so I can't speak on those at all (but will update if I do)If you're staying at The Virginian or just need a downtown Starbucks fix, then this is a great, convenient option!“
“My wife and I have been going to Isabella’s for years. We appreciate the quality of the food served, and in Lynchburg, it is by far our favorite atmosphere for dinner. The staff is always friendly and professional. It’s clear the owner takes great pride in every detail of the restaurant. Highly recommended.“
