Just had the best lunch at work I’ve ever had; Mrs Merredith and crew come to Delta Star often but I’d always missed them or didn’t know they were coming and boy have I missed out. Catfish was perfectly cooked - melts in your mouth after a perfect crunch of amazing batter, baked bean were some of the best I’ve ever had and the mashed potatoes were top notch buttery and consistency. Highly recommend them to anyone wanting the best southern cookin 👏🏼👏🏼
There was a menu and a schedule posted at my job. I work nights so I didn’t really pay much attention to it as I didn’t expect delivery, let alone having food served hot and fresh during my lunch break at 1:45 am.
After hearing my coworkers raving about the food, I soon learned that they were actually setting up and serving food during our break.
I tried them for the first time this week and I was thoroughly impressed....
