store shift manager female and I do know her name...put her hands in my face and slammed her keys on the counter as loud as she could at me... repeatedly putting her fingers in my face.. over a pizza that we paid for and never got..
police were called...
I would never support this location.. I have it all recorded.. so it is what it is..
My boyfriend ordered us a pizza over 2 hrs ago...we were told it would be delivered in 30 minutes...we have yet to receive our pizza....I called over 30 minutes ago and they said it was out for delivery...we live half a mile from this store and even though I was told over 30 minutes ago it was out for delivery, we still have yet to receive it...we also were not ordered any compensation for the long wait/no delivery yet....I love the taste of Papa Johns....but this is flat out...read full review

We were planning to order a large order for event tonight. I started calling the Madison Heights location. I could never get anyone to answer the phone. I was on hold 30 minutes and no one ever answered.
