My husband works retail in Short Pump and went he gets a lunch we like to come to this Tace Bell in Goochland because the service is fast and the food is always made well. The older gentleman is always so helpful, making sure get your cup for your beverage before your meal is ready. We stopped going to the Taco Bell in Short Pump near the Walmart because the staff in there only make your order on their time and the food is sloppy. Nowadays eating out is a luxury.

The is the best taco bell around. My brother and I used to get taco bell all the time. When he was in hospice, I brought him his last taco bell from this location because I know they know how to make it right. The team taking time to spread sour cream across the entire crunch wrap and not just in the middle really makes the difference. Thank y’all. Shout out Ross, if he’s still the manager.

Normal Taco Bell. It’s on my drive home and we’ve probably been 8-10 times in the last 6 months. They’ve forgotten food several times, but today was just too bad to not say anything. Got home and realized I was missing half my food. Went through the receipt and it was 5 of 13 items missing. I guess I need to learn my lesson and always check. But they had taken like 15 minutes to prep the food so I left in a hurry. Shame on me for not learning my lesson…

The drive thru cashier and the manager refused to make a bean burrito add supreme(sour cream/tomatoes) and said all I could get was a beef burrito supreme minus the beans for $5.79. I order a bean burrito add supreme regularly at every other Taco Bell drive thru as well as on the app with ZERO ISSUE. The fact that they argued about it was rude as well. This was Dec 31st 2024 at 12pm.
I met here with some friends and family on 12/21/24 to exchange some Christmas gifts and catch up for a bit over lunch. The food was normal and what you would expect from a taco bell. One of us ordered their food through the app so they could use a reward available through mobile order, but their food took so long to come out that we had all finished eating before they even recieved their order. The fountain drinks were all out of stock except for diet Pepsi, baja blast, and sweet tea. The worst part was the entire restaurant was out of taco bell sauce. All of it, mild, hot, anything. I thought this was very strange especially after being limited to only a couple drinks. Other taco bells in the area all have some sort of Christmas decorations around the restaurant, but this one had nothing. So the holiday spirit was lost once you walked through the door. It is obvious that more effort from management/franchisees is needed at this location.
