Decided to make the drive to the 4.0 star and it did not disappoint. Everything was great down to the service. I did not request a glass of water like other low reviews.

At 1:08pm The lady with the Forearm tattoo working the drive-through said when asked for water. “I don’t do cups of water”. She was extremely rude and insisted it was bottled water only. This is the first time that has ever happened to me at a Taco Bell. I will never come back here. She should be reprimanded for not following franchise rules and being extremely unpleasant. I will be doing a follow up call directly to corporate. I got the spicy potato, soft taco, and the potatoes tasted overcooked an old. I never leave reviews like this, but this was just ridiculous. I was order number 99.

Employee said Manager told him customers weren't allowed to have water anymore. I am not some thief looking to fill up with sprite...I simply don't drink soda: allergic to sugar & caffeine. Guess I will find another restaurant to eat at. It sounds like this decision comes from management, not corporate. If the franchisee is reading this, you just lost about $100 a week from us.

I don't drink soda. I always drink water at fast food places. This time when I asked for a small water cup, I was told that No, they don't give cups out. They only have bottled water for sale. On general principle, I use refillable containers. That stinks!

Frequent customer here. I spend 10 to 15 bucks each time. Today I'm told I can no longer get a cup of ice or ice water with my food. If you are turning to cheap to provide a cup of ice water with a 10 to 15 buck order at least offer a $1 option to purchase it. The bottle water is not as cold as ice water and my kid hates the taste of the bottle water you serve since it has added sodium.

It would have been fine if all the taco shells weren't broken. That really made it difficult to eat in the car. You'd think they'd be aware of that particular thing since they're a drive through. What are the odds that they were all broken by chance anyway? To find out I asked Harvard Professor Ian Childs, but first, if you find this review helpful, go ahead and smash that like button.... My husband works retail in Short Pump and went he gets a lunch we like to come to this Tace Bell in Goochland because the service is fast and the food is always made well. The older gentleman is always so helpful, making sure get your cup for your beverage before your meal is ready. We stopped going to the Taco Bell in Short Pump near the Walmart because the staff in there only make your order on their time and the food is sloppy. Nowadays eating out is a luxury.
