Burger King in Manassas

“Yanooo. Everyone makes the joke about no employees ever being in the restaurant. But you would not belive it. There were employees, many actually, and they were attentive. Greated me almost instantly, the girl/lady that was at the restaurant is nice, understanding, and patient. The manager was also pleasant and attentive. Food was out quick. My fries should have been a little warmer,and fresher, But I was in a rush to get back anyway.“

I had to repeat my order a couple times through the drive thru before the employee over the speaker could understand my English. Was disappointed that they were out of shakes and frozen drinks. Food and service was good overall.“

“We only go to fast-food joints on long road trips, but I locally ordered the Impossible Burger out of curiosity, shocking my wife.The burger was meaty. as advertised. I had mine with bacon and cheese. There goes the Vegetarian, which I'm not. I'd eat another, but not soon.“

“Though I usually go to the location overnight on my nights off, whenever I go there is not usually a problem.
Even late at night, at 1 or 2 in the morning, when I order food it is perfect. I usually order french fries and they are awesome.
The people are usually very nice also.“

“Usually..... and I do mean usually Burger King has always been AWESOME. It's kinda like Visiting an old relative; I've been visiting Burger King restaurants for 55 yrs plus, and overall I love Burger King. But the staff today needs better customer service training in friendliness, attentiveness, and safe food handling for the times we're in .... the dining area was super clean and pleasant to visit. The food today seemed a little less than normal. Hoping for better next time. Staff needs attention.“
