Burger King in Manassas

“Great job! Great job! The young lady at the front counter that took my order did a great job. She greeted me quickly and put my order in faster than I could say it. And my order had three or four things that were my way!

The store was super clean. There was somebody cleaning the backs of the seats and the benches sweeping the floor and everything looks spotless.

When I went to put up my tray the young man sweeping the floor smiled and put his hand out to grab it.

Are the team members were absolutely great And deserve all the credit. I would imagine the management staff is leading in the right direction.

Very very pleased! If you're picky about your fast food quality and service, does Burger King did it right!“

“Only reason I gave it four stars is cause I don't like to rush eat and they have signs posted no loitering 45 min and leave that to me is a turn off sure I'm not going to spend a couple of hours (not that kind of vibe) but I don't liked to be rushed either or felt like I was rushed. I must say though one of the most cleanest and well maintained restaurant I've been to. Plus food was on point.“

“I ordered on the app. I was coming to pick up on an ebike. I delayed the order for 10 minutes because I wanted to make sure I was there when it was ready. When I got there I went through the drive through. The employee said that there’s no order for you sir. After I told him I would come in one of the other attentive employees said wait it just came in!
I then had the two best sandwiches from a fast food joint in years. Please let these employees know that they did a great job.“

“Though I usually go to the location overnight on my nights off, whenever I go there is not usually a problem.
Even late at night, at 1 or 2 in the morning, when I order food it is perfect. I usually order french fries and they are awesome.
The people are usually very nice also.“

“Had a friendly interaction with who I think may have been the manager. I placed a mobile order while in the parking lot and of course it wasn't ready when I came through the drive-thru. She requested I pull up to the front parking lot and wait.

Food came out hot. I ordered the candied maple bacon egg and cheese croissant, the bacon cheese tots and french toast sticks. Wouldn't order the latter two again but the candied bacon had a nicely maple and pepper flavor that was a welcome change from the typical rendition. All in all, it's a Burger King so check your expectations.“
