China Palace II can be described as a restaurant that offers a carry-out and dine-in experience. The food has been reviewed as good, with specific mentions of delicious dishes. The owners and staff have been described as nice and attentive, providing excellent service. However, there have been reports of a hostile female owner and a lack of attentiveness during a meal. The restaurant's cleanliness and decor have not been mentioned in the reviews. The restaurant claims to serve the "best food in town," but the town has not been specified. Overall, the food and service have received mixed reviews, and it is unclear if the restaurant maintains consistent quality.
