Great Dubai chocolate pancakes !
Typical ihop, it's nice that its 24/7. We stopped in after a concert and the food hit the spot. We ordered pancakes and an omelette with hash browns and bacon, which was all good. There weren't many other guests this late at night, but the server was great👍🏻
