The staff and customer service are nice and friendly. The food however doesn’t match Popeyes standards. I LOVE Popeyes, but this specific branch misses the mark each time with the food. The wings are always lukewarm, never hot. Yet it’s hard like it’s been refried. The crunch on the wings feels stale and not properly fried. The Mac and cheese was soggy and runny. Great location, quality and open hours. Convenient when looking for a late night last minute meal.
Overall, if you're hungry and craving popeyes, this place is fine. Sometimes there are issues with wait time but the staff are nice and it can be worththe wait.
