The caldo de res at this restaurant is exceptional, surpassing even Mexico Lindo down the street. The dish features a unique blend of flavors with a special, flavorful cut of beef, oxtails, yuca, carrots, cabbage, string beans, tomatoes and ayote. The prices are very reasonable, the portions are generous, and the staff are both friendly and attentive especially an employee by the name Coriano. I highly recommend this place.
As for the food, the pupusas are poorly made, it's pure dough, I think they have lowered quality, it could be that the pupusera doesn't know how to make them. The service is bad, it took more than an hour for them to serve a roast beef and it was cold... I ordered pastries and they were raw inside.
