Today’s experience was unusual. Normally the food has been spectacular. Today was the first time I experienced with the special #3 that 5 of the clams did not open. I have never questioned the freshness of this establishment. I hope this is not a sign of what they are becoming.
We visited last Sunday for the first time. The initial impression was strange because the host at the door seemed uncomfortable and not very welcoming. Despite this, we stayed and had a much better experience with our waiter, Said, who provided professional service. The food came out quickly and hot. We would come back. The taste was good, though I personally would have preferred a bit more seasoning.
No wait and seated promptly. Our server was excellent and he was very impressive handling multiple tables with ease. The food arrived hot, and fresh. I gave 4 stars because the sausage tasted more like polish instead of smoked and it overpowered the seafood boil. It was still a great experience, but I'll skip the boil and try the fried menu next time.
