“My brother and I tried La China Poblana Taqueria for the first time today. Having grown up in San Diego, we have been searching for an authentic, family restaurant experience for a long while since moving up the DC area. ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. Service was spot on. Food was on point. We can't recommend this place enough. The birria tacos and quesadilla were fantastic. My brother also tried their lingua and loved it. Also, their fresh guacamole... I haven't had guacamole this good since I left California 23 years ago.“

“Easily one of my favorite, if not my favorite taco spot here in NOVA. Food is always consistent here and can't beat the prices either.

The Food: I always get the tacos here, specifically the Lengua, Al Pastor and the Carne Asada. All the meats were incredibly tender and flavorful, just cooked to perfection. The toppings and salsa just add that extra level of satisfaction to your meal too. The consistency of quality here whenever I visit has always been the same, and that's why I keep coming back here. Portions are also very generous here for the price.

The Service: Service was great. I've had both ordering experiences inside the restaurant and outside at their food truck and had no issues with wait times or quality.

“Love the papusas here, they can make them with just beans 🫘 and no cheese 🧀 🚫which is good if you cant eat dairy or are vegan. Some places cant do that since they pre make the papusas. Here they must be fresh made.
